Thank you for choosing ab4marketing. Because our services involve dedicated professional time and customized digital labor, we maintain a strict refund policy.

General No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided for any services rendered. Once a project has commenced, the resources and time allocated to your project cannot be recovered.

The Sole Exception

A refund may only be requested and granted under the following specific condition:

  • Failure to Deliver: If the work agreed upon in the signed proposal/contract is not completed according to the established specifications due to an error, omission, or failure solely on our side.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client changes their mind after the project has started.
  • The client fails to provide the necessary materials or feedback required to complete the work.
  • The client is dissatisfied with creative directions that were previously approved.

How to Request an Exception

If you believe your project qualifies for the “Failure to Deliver” exception, please email ab4marketing@icloud.com within 7 days of the project deadline with a detailed explanation of the discrepancy.
