1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging the services of Abdulrahman Mansour (ab4marketing), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
We agree to provide marketing services as outlined in the individual project proposal or service agreement. Any modifications to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, assets (logos, images, copy), and timely feedback. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted project timelines.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made according to the schedule outlined in your invoice.
- Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the final deliverables created specifically for the client will be the property of the client. ab4marketing retains the right to display the work in professional portfolios and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.
6. Limitation of Liability
Abdulrahman Mansour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any third-party platforms used during the marketing process.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be handled within this jurisdiction.
